The color is shimmery pinkish apricot but the shimmer is not over loaded, its just the right amount to give your face a natural glow, thats what i think :P it looks like a nail polish, the applicator is similar to a nail polish and even the container it self.

How Did i apply it?
i simply put on 2 or 3 dots on the areas i want, most of the time on my nose bridge, upper cheeks, and brow.
You can also apply it on the middle of you forehead or T-zone area, cupid's bow, chin, inner corner of your eyes, and any areas where you want an extra glow or high light.
me wearing it last time, was not able to picture after i applied it on the pic above yesterday, was on a hurry. im sorry if the lights are kinda dark and i applied too little but on my nose area i applied a fair amount so its visible
